- Drink black coffee, diet coke or water. Preferably water.
- Do something time consuming, e.g straightning or curling your hair. Plus, you’ll look nicer afterwards which is a plus.
- Have a shower, make sure you look at your body, you don’t need more fatty foods.
- Look at thinspiration videos and do exercise to them. (Not the one’s with depressing music)
- Think about how it will effect your weight loss this week, which will effect your weight loss for when you want to reach your goal weight.
- Think how you NEED to look good in a bikini for summer 2011
- Go outside, walk or run, don’t take money but carry a bottle of water.
- Add more pictures or quotes to your thinspo/weightloss/progress book (if you don’t have one, make one)
- DANCE!! It will cheer you up more than food and you’ll burn calories rather than consuming some.
- Sleep. Take a nap for an hour or two if you really can’t stop yourself.
- Do a workout of your own choice or have a look at the workout page on my side bar.
- Eat fruit, 3 pieces of fruit is only around 150 calories and is much better than 100s-1000s of calories on binge foods.
- Eat a meal. Rather than just nibbling on things and not making yourself full.
